Weight N Watch is a basic daily weight tracker which accepts your daily weight and shows visual trends over time.

Adding data

The topmost section consists of fields which are relatively unlikely to change, these are your name and goal weight.
The next section consists of entries which are likely to change day to day. Enter your weight for the day along with notes and a picture of yourself as on that day.

The weight units are set to lbs or kgs based on your locale and can easily be switched by clicking on the 'lbs' or 'kgs' text next to the weight input areas.

Any data entered is updated in the chart only once editing is complete. So in order for the chart to update, you need to press 'Tab' or otherwise move out of the entry field.
Any data still being edited when the app is closed may not be saved correctly and will not be present the next time the app starts.

Viewing changes over time

The chart shows your progress over the selected time period. On startup, the time period of the chart is set using the setting which can be found in the 'Preferences' for the app.
You can also set a custom date range by modifying the start and end date.

Hovering over any entry in the chart displays the weight and notes entered for that particular day.
Below the chart is a picstrip which displays the pictures, if any, for the particular day. If a picture is available it is displayed as a line on the strip, and hovering on this line will display the image.
In this way you can hover over the entries for different days to see the different pics and see your body change over time.

Viewing the difference using pictures taken over time is the most effective way to see changes which may not be entirely obvious using the weight reading alone, due to various factors such as fat to muscle ratio changing over time, etc
